This parking lot/ramp is located on the east side S 3rd Ave between E 16th St and S 12th St. There are 3 points to enter this lot/ramp on: The north entry is located off of South 4th Ave on the right-hand side. The east entry is located at a cross of South 4th Ave and East 15th Street. The west entry is located off of 3rd Ave South on the left-hand side. This is a Credit / Debit card facility only. Event rates are as posted at this facility. Be sure to enter the surface lot using your ParkWhiz pass. DO NOT ENTER RAMP OFF 3rd AVE SOUTH. Central Lutheran Church passes will not work at ramp entrance off 3rd Ave South The official address of this lot is 333 S 12th St.
