Celebrate Barbie's 65th Birthday at Ultratwist Vintage!
Come on Barbie, let's have a birthday party! Barbie is turning 65 on March 9th and we'll have bubbly, treats, photo ops, prizes, and discounts for the occasion, plus a Barbie themed costume contest!
When: Saturday, March 9th, 12-6
Where: Ultratwist Vintage, 7730 W National Ave.
Costume contest at 2pm! Recreate your favourite Barbie, wear all the pink, imagine Barbie as a 65 year old woman... have some fun with the theme! Winner receives $50 store credit at Ultratwist!
A few notes on the event...
1. Obviously we are in no way associated with Mattel nor are we insinuating we are. Pink lawyers take a hike.
2. We are inclusive AF here! All bodies and gender identities are loved and celebrated and we're excited to have a diverse array of "Barbie's" in the costume contest!
3. This party is more for the "inner child" than for actual children. Your kids are, of course, welcome to tag along but just know it may not be what they're looking for in a "Barbie birthday party."
