Either morning or afternoon sessions, or all day for those who really want to be immersed in exploring the world of art through a multi-sensory approach. From the feel of paint on a brush to the texture of clay in your hands, every moment is an opportunity to engage with art in new and interactive ways.
In this class, kids will experience a wide range of art forms—drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, and more—while exploring different textures, colors, and materials. Experiment with various mediums, and discover how art can be experienced through sight, touch, smell, and sound. Drawing inspiration from the summer community exhibit, gallery visits will serve as a starting point for creative expression.
Kids who are staying all day should bring a lunch and water bottle.
Online registration closes three business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Mondays through Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Classes are held at RAM’s Wustum Museum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
