Fiber: Exploring Surface Design Workshop
In a ‘Studio-style’ fashion, participants in this session will experiment with using multiple surface design methods (printing, stamping, marbling, color removal, spattering, wet-on-wet, layering, etc.) on several different fibers, including paper and textiles. Additional embellishments, such as beads, shells, metals, yarns, etc. will be available to add to your creative expression. Teenagers, age 14 and older, may take most adult classes, some require teacher’s consent.
Online registration closes three business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Classes meet at RAM’s Wustum Museum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
