I Remember it Well: The Music of Lerner & Loewe

The Signature Spotlight Concert Series brings iconic music to life with "I Remember It Well: The Music of Lerner & Loewe" at the Racine Theatre Guild on Saturday, June 6 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, June 7 at 2 p.m. Over three decades, Alan Jay Lerner and Fredrick Loewe brought nine timeless musicals to the stage, including “Brigadoon,” “My Fair Lady,” “Gigi,” and “Camelot.” The team of librettist-lyricist Lerner and composer Loewe came to define the golden era of musicals with their wit and glamour. The duo helped shape the landscape of American musical theater with songs like “Almost Like Being in Love,” “If Ever I Would Leave You,” and “I Could Have Danced All Night.” The Signature Spotlight Concert Series are musical revue concerts featuring musicians and singers from throughout the Racine area. With varying themes and song styles, each performance has something for everyone. Directed by Greg Berg and Kathy Berg and sponsored by TriCity National Bank, tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for seniors (62+), and $15 students (21 & under) can be purchased from RTG.
