Final Groove & Grub Patio Concert & Food Truck Visit of the Season
Every Wednesday during the summer, Missing Links Family Golf Center hosts Groove and Grub, a free live music concert series & food-truck visit on their patio in Mequon. And August 19 is the final Groove and Grub of the season.
Family-Friendly & designed for golfers & non-golfers alike, there’s live music, great grub via a local food truck, & a fun, informal weekly golf league open to all.
MUSIC: This week’s free live music: Aaron Huevler & The Whiffling Brothers Band, known for their casual acoustic vibe & Americana-style, will play from 6:30-9 p.m.
FOOD & DRINKS: Crowd-favorite Boots BBQ, the season’s final Wednesday food truck at Missing Links, will cook up its famed fare from 6:30-9 p.m. Missing Links bar will also be serving patio-perfect cocktails, local beers, & non-alcoholic drinks.
GOLF & MORE: Missing Links’ weekly Wednesday 9-hole golf league (with optional fun, friendly wagering) tees off the Jack Nicklaus-designed par-3 course between 5 & 6 p.m. Awards will be announced at 8 p.m. Missing Links' miniature golf course, driving range, & golf-practice area – all within listening distance of the live music - will also be open Wednesday night.
