Band members include Joseph(guitar/vocals), Steve(bass) and Daniel(drums). Anura started in 1993 and has played Summerfest, the Rave, The BBC, Vnuk's lounge, Lionsfest, Ladyfest, The Modjeska and The Miramar theatre among countless other local venues. Anura has been mentioned by the Journal/Sentinal and had a great review as "one of the best upcoming Milwaukee local bands" from the Shepard Express. Anura is now playing shows and are currently recording their 6th album at Studio Z Bellends An amalgamation of musical backgrounds, Bellends brings together Milwaukee music mayhem.
