And here’s the twist: you eat with your hands! 👋
To celebrate our first trip around the sun, we’re hosting a classic Beefsteak Dinner: tables full of steak, wine flowing all night, cocktail flasks, and an apron to wear while you roll up your sleeves and eat with your hands—no napkins or silverware allowed. Originally a 19th century banquet style in New York City, we’re bringing it here to Milwaukee, and we’re ready to get rowdy!
SO. MUCH. STEAK.
We’ll serve over 100 pounds of steak—tenderloin, tomahawk ribeye, and short rib—grilled to mouth-watering medium rare, served on silver platters in half-inch thick slices. Fancy hors d’oeuvres and sides all around, and whole roasted whitefish, too, just to keep things light.
THE DRINKS, THEY FLOW
One of our absolute favorite Italian wines, Damilano Barbera d’Asti will be flowing freely all night long—you need only raise your hand for more. Cocktails in glass flasks will include Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Whistle Pig Rye Whiskey in a handful of crafted classics, from Palomas to Paper Planes.
