FAFSA Fest
In an effort to increase postsecondary education access for all Kenosha and Racine County residents, local educators and community organizations are partnering across counties to increase financial aid access for students on April 18, 2024.
Why FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is a point of access to over $150 Billion in student grants, student loans and some school based financial aid programs. Most students receive some form of financial aid, even if they think they may not qualify.
The rollout of the New FAFSA form launched in December 2023 has complicated the process and caused some delays in students getting their financial aid offers from their intended schools. This event will help bridge the gap for students who may have been struggling to complete the form on their own. Parents are encouraged to attend.
