HELP teaches the basic lifesaving skills of adult and pediatric hands-only CPR, early stroke recognition, stopping the bleed, and blocked airway emergencies for adults, children, and infants. This course includes an interactive lecture and hands-on skills education to make it informational, applicable and enjoyable for all attendees.
