Black History Through Music at Rooftop Cinema Club
In honor of Black History Month, we are celebrating the musical achievements of Black artists from Motown to today with a special screening of DREAMGIRLS followed by a silent disco!
Arrive when doors open to enjoy all our venue has to offer: stunning sights, great bites, and a fun atmosphere with games, drinks and photo ops! Then, settle in (and maybe even sing along) to the 2006 musical-hit starring Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson and Jamie Foxx: DREAMGIRLS. After the film, head to the lounge area where a DJ will be spinning an array of hits by Black artists – from Motown to today! Get a dose of musical history and dance along to everything from The Supremes to Beyoncé, Ray Charles to Jay-Z, and so much more in between!
The full event schedule includes:
Doors open to Movie + Silent Disco ticket holders: 6:15pm
Live DJ set and games: 6:15 pm - 7:15pm
Movie runtime: 7:15pm - 9:30pm
Dueling DJ sets and silent disco: 9:30pm - 11:30pm
Event ends: 11:30pm

Cinema seating will be first come, first serve. No outside food or drink allowed. This event is 21+ only. Tickets are not transferable or refundable. Should inclement weather take place while the event is happening guests will be eligible for a $20 credit for a future Rooftop Cinema event or screening.
