Priced at $175 per person, the four-course dinner, curated by Chef Olivia Ostrow, will feature exquisite dishes paired with Stoudemire wines. Limited seats are available for this extraordinary dining experience, so reservations are required.
The evening will begin with an Endive & Blue Cheese Tarte Tatin with Coffee Sauce, paired with "Clarity" Stoudemire Rose. The second course will delight guests with a Black Cod Cake, French Pea Puree, & Truffle Tarragon Aioli, paired with "Journey" Stoudemire Sauvignon Blanc. For the main course, guests will savor a Lamb Shank with Morels & Amarena Cherries, paired with "Origin" Red Stoudemire Cabernet. The culinary journey concludes with an Ile Flottante & Nougatine, paired with a Signature Ostrow x Stoudemire Cocktail Rose French 75.
