Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu inspired by Miami Beach’s golden hour, hosted on the ORO rooftop. The menu includes Bluefin Tuna with pear, yuzu, and anchovy; Wagyu Monaka with ossetra caviar and shiso; Rigatoni Fra’diavolo with red shrimp and uni butter; Hokkaido Scallop with sunchoke and horseradish; and a decadent Wagyu Wellington, finishing with Coffee & Donuts — espresso sorbet, malted cream, and black & white donuts.
