Nikki Beach Sound Bath and Meditation Thursday, March 14th with Gifting
Experience the gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative effects for the mind and body through vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments. These sounds have the ability to shift brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation and reset. Take the time to reconnect and create a sacred space.
No prior mediation experience is required. Don’t forget a yoga mat, a light blanket, pillow and eye cover to make yourself feel comfortable. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the ceremony.
