LIFE TIME ATHELTIC COUNTRY CLUB TO HOST MIAMI’S FIRST INDOOR TRIATHLON AT THE FALLS
Life Time, the nation’s premier Healthy Way of Life brand, is set to revolutionize the fitness scene in Miami with the city’s first-ever Indoor Triathlon at its world-class athletic country club at The Falls. On Thursday, January 11, 2025, athletes of all levels will gather to embrace an exciting, time-based endurance challenge like no other—all within the luxurious, fully equipped facilities of Life Time at The Falls.
This groundbreaking event redefines the traditional triathlon, offering a welcoming and invigorating experience for beginners and seasoned competitors alike. Participants will compete across three classic disciplines—swimming, cycling, and running—with distances determined by the ground covered during set time segments:
• 10-minute swim in Life Time’s pristine indoor pool.
• 30-minute bike ride in the high-energy cycling studio.
• 20-minute run on state-of-the-art treadmills in the GTX/Ultra Fit Studio.

The event promises an adrenaline-packed atmosphere, with waves of 10 participants starting every 20 minutes beginning at 7:00 AM.
Participants will receive:
