Valentine’s Day Dinner at Allison Restaurant
With love in the air, Miami locals and visitors can indulge in a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner menu at Allison Restaurant & Bar, the signature dining destination located inside Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort. This intimate menu features dishes inspired by the season for passion and love – packed with vibrant coastal flavors and including a complimentary glass of Roseblood rosé. Available exclusively on Saturday, February 14, between 6 – 10 p.m. for $85 per person, guests can text (786) 350-3333 for reservations.

Salads
· Roasted Beet Salad with mint cilantro yogurt, baby arugula and crisp candied walnuts
· Quinoa Tuna Tartare with freshly diced tuna, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, mango, sweet onions, avocado, baby arugula, roasted almonds and sesame seeds, topped with a citrus vinaigrette and crispy taro chips
Main Courses
· Short Rib glazed with guava red wine reduction, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and citrus-glazed baby carrots
· Caribbean Snapper crusted in almonds with a creamy mushroom risotto and charred broccolini covered in a coconut lime sauce
Dessert
· Assorted Sweets including chocolate-covered strawberries, French macaroons and sweet shots
