Guests can indulge in the festive favorites of this prix-fixe menu, while enjoying an array of limited-time holiday cocktails such as: • Coconut Mojito with mint, cranberries, sugar rum, and powdered sugar ($18) • Frozen Slopes with rum, pineapple, blue frozen drink, and rainbow spindles ($17) • Yuletide Greeting with Hennessy, Monin cinnamon, lemon juice, and ginger beer ($18) • Gummy Bears with raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, grenadine, topped with club soda or sprite ($17) • Holiday French 75 with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne ($18) • Holiday Cosmopolitan with vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, and cranberry juice ($18) Menu items include: • Choice of Salad: Burrata Heirloom Salad with citrus spiced watermelon, burrata cheese, baby arugula, balsamic reduction, and candied pecans or Watercress Salad with heart of palms, shaved vegetables, beets, goat cheese, pepitas, and citrus emulsion • Choice of Entrée: Short Ribs with wild mushroom risotto, charred asparagus, roasted baby squash, and roasted tomato bacon jam sauce or Surf & Turf with grilled filet mignon, jumbo shrimp, roasted garlic parsnip purée, glazed baby carrots, and Kentucky bourbon glaze • Choice of Assorted Desserts: Two dessert shooters, chocolate strawberries, and French macaroons This festive menu will be available on Tuesday, December 31 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. for $80 plus per person.
