Guests can indulge in the festive favorites of this prix-fixe menu, while enjoying an array of limited-time holiday cocktails such as: • Coconut Mojito with mint, cranberries, sugar rum, and powdered sugar ($18) • Frozen Slopes with rum, pineapple, blue frozen drink, and rainbow spindles ($17) • Yuletide Greeting with Hennessy, Monin cinnamon, lemon juice, and ginger beer ($18) • Gummy Bears with raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, grenadine, topped with club soda or sprite ($17) • Holiday French 75 with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne ($18) • Holiday Cosmopolitan with vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec, and cranberry juice ($18) Menu items include: • Choice of Salad: Wedge Salad with iceberg lettuce, baby looms, tangy blue cheese, sweet shaved onions, crispy bacon bites, and blue cheese dressing or Quinoa Avocado Tartare with diced heirloom tomatoes, fresh mango, avocado, kalamata olives, cucumber, baby arugula, roasted almonds, and citrus vinaigrette • Choice of Entrée: Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with plantain couscous risotto, roasted cauliflower, baby carrots, and rosemary wine reduction or French Cut Chicken with pan-seared airline chicken, creamy truffle vegetable polenta, lemon pepper beurre blanc, and charred asparagus • Choice of Assorted Desserts: Two dessert shooters, chocolate strawberries, and French macaroons This festive menu will be available on Wednesday, December 25 from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. for $75 plus per person.
