This Valentine’s Day,
love is on the menu at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails – a new coastal restaurant concept offering bay-front views and cuisine influenced by the bold International flavors of Miami.
Located at the newly renovated Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, this specially curated menu is an indulgent Valentine’s Day experience. Chef Craig Tooker has carefully crafted a pre-fixe three course dinner featuring starters such as scallop crudo or cheese agnolotti, leading to the main course of your choice of wahoo accented by lemon and caviar, sherry glazed chicken in a morel mushroom sauce, or petite tender accompanied by potato puree and guanciale demi. The sweet finale is your choice of white chocolate profiterole with marinated strawberries or valrhona chocolate bar of bittersweet chocolate cake with raspberry mousse.
