St. Patrick's Weekend Celebration with Thirsty Lion

Thirsty Lion has five locations around the valley that are celebrating St. Patrick's Weekend from March 14 to March 17.
Signature dishes from the St. Patrick's Day specialty menu include crispy bacon cheddar potato cakes with chipotle aioli and scallion herb sour cream, as well as traditional Scotch eggs wrapped in pork sausage.
Entrées include a classic Reuben sandwich with beer-braised corned beef, corned beef mac & cheese in a basil pesto cream sauce, a rich shepherd's pie topped with white cheddar mashed potatoes, and beer-braised corned beef & cabbage served with horseradish cream and mashed potatoes.
This seasonal menu not only features delicious new dishes alongside their beloved Scotch eggs, but it also kicks off a lively St. Patrick's Day celebration from March 14-17.
Guests can enjoy a weekend filled with entertainment, including Irish dancers and bagpipers while supporting a great cause-- a portion of every featured craft cocktail sold from the Irish menu between March 1-17 will be donated to the St. Baldrick's Foundation which helps raise research funds for children with cancer.
