8th Annual Celebrating Champions for Youth
Tempe Community Council (TCC) is proud to announce the annual return of Celebrating Champions for Youth, sponsored by SRP. This event is organized by the Tempe Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking and Drug Use, a TCC program, and celebrates the individuals and organizations making a significant impact in the lives of local youth, helping them live to their full potential.
The Tempe Coalition is dedicated to reducing youth risk behaviors, including underage drinking and drug use, through awareness, education, advocacy, and connection to community resources. The Coalition is comprised of local residents and professionals who live and work in the Tempe community and strive toward collective improvement by advocating for local youth.
The awards ceremony will bring together community members, civic leaders and honorees to celebrate the contributions of this year’s award recipients. The 8th Annual Celebrating Champions for Youth event takes place Thursday, Oct. 24 at 6:00 p.m. at the Tempe Union High School District Professional Learning Center.
