Phoenix City Grille Announces Father’s Day Specials JUNE 16
The restaurant has just announced featured specials available exclusively on Sunday, June 16 in honor of Dad.
Father’s Day brunch and lunch specials, served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., include:
Barrel Aged Root Beer Old Fashioned —PCG private select bourbon, simple syrup, Amaro and root beer bitters, $16
Green Chile Quiche featuring a house-made flaxy pie crust with fresh roasted green chiles, Tillamook cheddar cheese and cremini mushrooms served with PCG’s simple salad with sherry vinaigrette, $16
Smoked Red Chili Pork Burrito with house-smoked pork shoulder, Uriel’s red chile sauce, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, shredded Tillamook and Monterey cheeses, avocado crema, pico de gallo, roasted tomatillo salsa and cotija served with fresh fruit, $18
Seafood Pasta — fresh pappardelle, sauteed wild Gulf shrimp, Chula Seafood salmon, Phillips lump crab meat, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon caper butter sauce and Romano cheese, $21
