Position Description:
The Security Guard role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring our premises. This role demands a proactive approach to prevent losses, damage, and ensure the overall safety of our environment.
Does This Describe You?
Possession of or the ability to obtain an unarmed or armed guard card
A strong focus on customer service and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work outdoors for extended periods
A knack for de-escalating situations and maintaining attention to detail
A proactive approach to observing and reporting to prevent losses and damages
Qualifications:
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Willing to undergo a criminal background check as per state regulations
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience and education may be considered
Job Type:
Full-Time positions available with shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mesa & Tempe)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Tempe)
