Path to Wellness screenings provide blood tests for A1C, cholesterol and triglycerides, kidney health, and blood pressure. Test results are available within about an hour. Each participant receives a 1-on-1 medical consultation and additional on-site health resources including insurance navigators and primary care clinics. The first 50 participants receive a free produce box, made possible by a grant from Salad and Go! This event is made possible by generous support from Thunderbirds Charities.
