Ballroom Intermediate: Connection & More Steps
Intermediate Ballroom classes focus on:
* Lead/follow techniques
* Intermediate/Advanced steps
* Step sequences
* Modifications for joint limitations, height difference, etc.
Each class covers a single dance style. The same style is taught for 2 or 4 consecutive weeks. Examples include swing, hustle, nightclub, waltz, rumba, and tango. Each week stands on its own.
1st week: History, timing, basic steps, posture, balance, foot techniques, connection, and lead/follow techniques
2nd – 4th week: Short review followed by instruction for several additional steps different from the previous weeks.
Plenty of practice time is included in all classes.
