A SUMMIT FOR THE DEMENTIA CAREGIVER
Taking Care of You: Self-Care for the Dementia Caregiver is Saturday, April 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Fountain Hills Community Center, located at 13001 N. La Montana Drive.
This special morning will provide caregivers with new skills, techniques, and strategies to relieve the stress of caregiving, build resilience, experience joy, find meaning, and discover hope on your journey. Attendees will also have opportunities to meet with industry professionals and services catering to the needs of families living with dementia.
Taking Care of You: Self-Care for the Dementia Caregiver is a free event. Refreshments are provided courtesy of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce.
