Roots of Resilience: Planting Hope Together
Join us for "Roots of Resilience: Planting Hope Together", the inaugural event of Survivors RISE, a Phoenix-area nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence on their healing journeys. We invite you to be a part of a day of painting, plant potting, healing, solidarity, and community.

As advocates for survivors of sexual violence, Survivors RISE welcomes all who stand in solidarity with this cause to join us for a day of empowerment, healing, hope, and connection.
The first 100 registrants are invited to paint two terracotta pots and will be able to plant a succulent to take home in one of those pots. The second pot that each attendee receives is intended to be left for a survivor at a future event to have, with your own personalized art or message of inspiration and hope. Through this symbolic act of planting and nurturing and paying it forward, we aim to cultivate a sense of hope and resilience within our community.
After the planting activity, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden, allowing nature's beauty to further nurture your spirit.
Together, let's plant the seeds of hope and resilience, supporting survivors as they grow and thrive. Register now to secure your place in this inspiring event and ensure that your succulent and pots are reserved. The first 100 people to register at this site will receive a plant and two pots to paint (one to keep, one to leave for a future survivor). We cannot guarantee there will be a plant or pots available for those who do not complete registration.
Survivors RISE is a burgeoning 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area dedicated to serving survivors of sexual assault with peer-led, peer-driven programming that creates community and fosters holistic healing.
