Pride Party Celebrates Love Loud and Proud in Downtown Tempe
Downtown Tempe's annual Pride Party is back and rolling out the red carpet for a night filled with love, inclusivity and community. The party gets underway from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 6, at Centerpoint Plaza, creating a space where everyone can feel welcome, accepted and free to be themselves, right in the heart of Downtown Tempe.
Visitors can tap into the Silent Disco with multiple rotating DJs, where they can control the night's vibe by selecting their music channel on color-coded headphones. Other event highlights include photo opps with friends, a market featuring local and queer-owned businesses, drag performances from host royalty, free rainbow roses and complimentary health checks.
In addition to snacks and sips to keep the party going strong with two bars serving beer, canned cocktails, energy drinks, non-alcoholic beer and water for a refreshing cooldown.
Then, when the party at Centerpoint wraps, attendees can head up to Alibi Rooftop Lounge at the Canopy Tempe Hotel to keep the celebration going with skyline views, a live DJ and a crowd that’s not ready to call it a night just yet.

"Creating events that celebrate individuals and their differences is an important example of the many ways that we work to bring the community together while supporting local businesses."
