Have you ever felt like your mind is racing? Or you can’t sleep because you can’t turn your mind off? Calming your mind can have important health benefits. These include lower stress, more happiness and overall peace. This class teaches the basic techniques needed to help you relax. The classes are open to the community and are geared towards the 55+ population. To participate, come in to Optum and fill out a general liability waiver and sign in for the class using our kiosk.
