Porter-Leath is hosting a Spring Career Fair to recruit top talent for its early childhood education and family service programs. The two-day hiring event takes place at Porter-Leath’s Early Childhood Academy in Frayser, located at 3060 Baskin Street, Memphis, TN 38127 on Thursday, March 13 at 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Friday, March 14 at 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Porter-Leath strategically scheduled this hiring event during Spring Break to make it easier for teachers and job seekers to explore new opportunities without missing work. On-site interviews will be available for qualified candidates. Porter-Leath is hiring for multiple roles across its locations, including Family Liaisons, Floaters, Preschool Teacher Assistants, Preschool Teachers, Maintenance Technicians, Parent Educators/Home Visitors, Parent Engagement Specialists, Custodial Floater, HVAC Technician, and a Therapist. Candidates interested in non-classroom roles may be a great fit for Family Liaison or Parent Educator/Home Visitor positions, both of which support families and early childhood development outside of the classroom. A newer role, Parent Engagement Specialist, focuses on administrative support within the Early Success Coalition.
