Memphis Camera Club Best of 2024 Exhibition
The Memphis Camera Club (MCC), one of the oldest and most active photography organizations in the region, is proud to present its 2024 Annual Competition Exhibition at the galleries of ANF Architects. The exhibition opens on February 28th and will feature the finest photographic works created by MCC members over the past year.
Founded in 1893, the Memphis Camera Club continues its mission to promote and educate about photography, welcoming photographers and enthusiasts alike. The club fosters participation through competitions, educational programs, exhibitions, and social events. Each year, MCC holds an annual competition judged by a professional photographer, highlighting the best work from its talented members.
For 2024, MCC members submitted 126 images across eight categories, all carefully evaluated by this year’s esteemed judge, Charles Needle. Based in Colorado, Mr. Needle is an award-winning fine art photographer, speaker, and published author, renowned for his expertise in nature macrophotography. In addition to the judged categories, a “People’s Choice” award was determined by a vote of the MCC membership.
So please join us for the opening of this exceptional exhibition at ANF on Friday, February 28th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Admission is FREE, and guests will enjoy complimentary soft drinks, wine, and snacks. All photographs will be available for purchase with cash or check. If you’re unable to attend the opening, the exhibition will be open for viewing at ANF on weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from February 28 to March 28, 2025.
