Hiring Fair for Positions at Satellite Music Hall, Memphis’ Newest Music Venue Opening in September

Memphis' newest music venue, Satellite Music Hall, is hiring for a variety of part-time positions. This Thursday, August 6 and Friday, August 7, job-seekers are invited to learn about, apply and interview for positions at a job fair hosted at the venue. Available roles include: Security Box Office Production Operations Cleaning Sales Admin Food & Beverage AND MORE... Job opportunities at Satellite Music Hall are posted online through Live Nation and Oak View Group for food and beverage-specific roles. Live Nation expects to hire more than 150 permanent jobs, with base pay starting at $20 per hour, rising to $25 for supervisors. Applicants will have the chance to join Satellite Music Hall ahead of its first shows on September 4 & 5 with The Band Camino. Satellite Music Hall is Memphis’ newest live entertainment venue located in the heart of Midtown. A partnership between Live Nation and Crosstown Concourse, the 1,300-capacity venue will fill a significant gap in the local market for a performance space of this size designed specifically for live music. Beyond concerts, the venue also will host comedy shows, community gatherings, corporate meetings and special events. The venue has also partnered with Stax Music Academy to offer an apprenticeship program for local students to gain hands-on experience in the music industry.
