Beginner 5K Running Program with North Jersey Masters
Boost your race readiness, fitness, and confidence! We’re here to support you every step of the way! Our program features an eight-week training schedule, guidance from certified coaches, friendly support from volunteers, a cool performance T-shirt, a race entry fee, and a full year of membership to the North Jersey Masters Running Club, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3).
Classes begin on August 27th and culminate with running The Paramus Run https://paramusrun.com/ on October 19th, 2025.
You may choose to join us in person or participate remotely.
