Charcuterie Board Making 101
Nicole Dillon will teach you how to make a presentable and delicious charcuterie board. In class, you’ll learn basic techniques, including how to: make a salami rose, use the “star” cut fruit technique, style and slice a variety of cheeses, make an herby goat cheese log, and build and elevate your board with bright fresh flavors and colors for spring.
