PXG Paramus Offers Military, Veterans, & First Responders First Look at New PXG Black Ops Golf Club
To celebrate the release of its much-anticipated Black Ops collection, PXG Paramus is thrilled to invite all current and past military members, veterans and first responders to a special Heroes event on Saturday, January 6 to experience the new lineup of drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids ahead of the general public. The Black Ops collection will be officially deployed on Thursday, January 11.
In November, PXG Blacks Ops golf clubs were added to the USGA's conforming list, clearing the clubs for use in year-end tournaments. Within a week of testing the new clubs, PXG PGA TOUR Professional and Rookie of the Year Nominee Eric Cole put the PXG Black Ops Driver in play: the result was a T3 finish at The RSM Classic.
With proprietary technologies across the line that help deliver consistently long and straight performance, other tour professionals have been quick to make the Black Ops switch as well – from long hitters Jake Knapp, Patrick Fishburn, Linnea Strom, and Auston Kim to PGA TOUR winner Joel Dahmen to major champion Celine Boutier.
WHO: The relationship between PXG and veterans is deeply rooted in the persona of PXG's founder, Bob Parsons, a decorated U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam veteran. His military background and the core values of service, integrity, and commitment are a major part of PXG’s philosophy. This event is an extension of PXG’s ongoing dedication to honoring and supporting the veterans' community, reflecting a profound appreciation for the sacrifices made by these brave individuals.
