Understanding the Buddhist View of Emptiness: A Meditation Day Course


Find freedom from anxiety, anger, and stress through understanding the true nature of our world. Buddha's teachings on profound emptiness have the power to reduce stress, make us more friendly, and ultimately lead us to liberation from all suffering and dissatisfaction.

No meditation experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.

This course will be taught by Gen Tenzin, an American Buddhist monk and meditation teacher.

Course Schedule:
Registration: 10:30-11:00am
Teaching and Meditation: 11:00am-12:30pm
Lunch Break: 12:30-2:00pm
Teaching and Meditation: 2:00-4:00pm
