Walking Stick Workshop
The spring hiking season is here and what better way to kick it off than to make your very own personalized walking stick! Join us for an evening with Brad Koller who will teach you to handcraft a beautiful walking stick to hit the trails with. Wood, tools, gloves & apron will be provided. Please dress in comfortable work clothes.
The workshop is appropriate for ages 12 (with supervision)-100, no knives are used. Register at Brad Koller is a retired teacher from the Juvenile Justice Commission. He made his 1st walking stick in 1972 while hiking the Appalachian Trail. Over the years he has crafted over 300 walking sticks & taught over 80 walking stick workshops. Brad is a passionate outdoors person who still volunteers with the Delaware Water Gap NRA & Ocean County Parks.
