Ruins of the Renaissance (ROTR) is India's only creativity and innovation festival organised by Graffiti Collaborative on 13th & 14th September 2014 in Bangalore.
ROTR is a two day weekend festival which brings together arts & science on the same platform for the first time in India. It is a space created for everyone to explore and discover new things. It gives you an opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn hands on. It is a festival where you are not a bystander, watching in awe as artists perform, wondering if you could ever do what they do. You take back something from ROTR which would be very personal to you, something much more than a hangover.
Join us for the two days with over 200 artists and innovators on September 13th &14th, 2014 at Karle Town Centre, Hebbal, Bangalore.
You can participate in an array of science and art WORKSHOPS. In the wide area aptly called
COURTYARD you unleash yourself on anything you consider canvas, build
lego blocks, collaborate on science experiments or pick up a DIY kit.
There's SOAPBOX if you want to hear or be heard. And when you want to
just step back and observe, you can walk into GUILD or wander around
installations. Awaken your senses at the AURA with yoga and
meditation. Join artists at the PROMENADE, get thinking with
independent Film Screenings at the REEL and be inspired by how people
around the country are solving urban and rural problems at the
INNOVATION OBSERVATORY. Even food at ROTR is a new experience. Grab a
table at POP-UP-RESTAURANTS where renowned chefs bring their kitchens
to the venue, cook lip-smacking dishes right in front of your eyes and
serve it to you fresh. In the evenings we bring to you an audio-visual
treat at RENAISSONIC and indulgent acts at the RENAISSANCE THEATRE.
