Bar Boulud Hosts a Soulful Collaboration with Charles Pan Fried Chicken
The collaboration celebrates their long-standing friendship and collective passion for creating memorable dishes.
Chef Gabriel will cook his famous Chicken while Chef Boulud adds his famous French flair to a special four-course menu. Together, they crafted a unique menu that marries two very soulful cuisines.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Avenues for Justice.
