Parkinson's Art Class
A growing number of people in the Parkinson’s community are finding art helpful in managing their symptoms. Martha Hutchinson, Adult Arts Specialist of MSCR, will be leading our group in a colorful abstract painting shop. This is for any skill level, and you will be able to take home something you can proudly display. Connecting Through Art is an initiative by the American Parkinson’s Disease Association. We are excited to offer this opportunity to our group thanks to the coordination and sponsorship of the WI-APDA.
This activity is free and is open to anyone who has Parkinson’s and their loved ones. We have a limit of 18 participants, and registering in advance is required by calling the Senior Center at 608-849-8385 by Monday, September 16th.
