Yoga Sundays
Offered in partnership between the Stoughton Public Library and Stoughton Yoga. Have you always wanted to try yoga? We'll focus on breath and gentle movement in these classes which are perfect for beginners and all levels. We recommend you bring a blanket or towel, but the studio can loan you any other props you need, even a mat.
