We supply the teaching, the gear, and the fun. All you need to do is show up. We are part of a larger, nationwide game. Our Kingdom comprises of 13 active parks located from North Dakota all the way down to Illinois, and that is only our kingdom. The game ranges across the united states and into Canada, and even Japan. We host major events every 3 months, 2 Role playing events and 2 battlegame based events. We will be running battlegames all day, and a questing event to help learn about Amtgard classes. We will be using a watered down version of the rules to ease folks into the game. This... This is an active game, closer to being a boffer sport instead of a LARP, but there is still a bit of roleplay for those who want it. Amtgard offers a bit of something for everyone with an extensive award system, crafting competitions, fighting competitions and more. Come join us at Sheehan Park's West shelter from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, July 11th to learn more! We look forward to seeing you there!
