As a mom, finding time to move your body, finding and connecting with other mom friends, and finding childcare in order to do either are just three of the challenges we often face. Good news! Strong Moms & Strollers has entered the chat.
Strong Moms & Strollers is a 60-minute total body workout that includes cardio, strength, core training, and stretching. No matter your stage of motherhood or your current fitness level, this class is meant to meet you where you are today. Little ones safely contained in their stroller are welcome! However, if your babies are no longer stroller riders, the entire workout can be done without a stroller too. Come for the workout; leave feeling empowered, connected, and STRONG! Let's move together!
