Forest Bathing at Pope Farm Conservancy
Reconnect. Rejuvenate. Rediscover the healing power of nature.
Join us for a serene and restorative Forest Bathing experience at the beautiful Pope Farm Conservancy, guided by environmental educator and Wisconsin Master Naturalist volunteer Marian Farrior. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”), this guided experience invites you to slow down, indulge your senses, and mindfully connect with the natural world. Through a series of sensory-based invitations and gentle explorations, you’ll discover how simply being in nature can reduce stress, enhance well-being, and deepen your relationship with the Earth.
This immersive walk is free and open to the public — suggested donation is $70/person to the Friends group.
