During this special program, you will learn rope, fabric and static trapeze. This one-hour class will help you build your upper body and core strength, along with improving your flexibility. Its more motivating than yoga and gives you more bragging rights than pumping iron and you dont even have to run off to the circus to find a trapeze. The class is $25 per person for ages 16 and up.
