Join us Tuesdays and Fridays for Yoga Core through May 26. (Please note: No class March 10 & 14, April 14 & 18, May 9.) Your instructor, Alicia Wright, has more than 10 years of teaching experience and incorporates a wide variety of seated, standing, balancing, and mat-based yoga poses focusing on strength, stability, and mobility.
