Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse Presents Six-Course Beer Dinner Featuring Karben4
On Thursday, March 9 beginning at 6 p.m., Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse hosts a six-course beer dinner featuring pours from Karben4. Meal and beer pairings will be introduced by Zak Koga, co-founder of Karben4, and Liberty Station’s Chef de Cuisine, Jacob Parish. Menu and beer selections are as follows:
Course One — Chips and Pineapple Salsa paired with Midwesty
Course Two — Mushroom Risotto paired with Fantasy Factory
Course Three — Scallop Ceviche paired with Noon O’Clock Somewhere
Course Four — Duck Breast La Range paired with Hawk Jones
Course Five — BBQ Cherry St. Louis Ribs paired with PP&K Barrel Aged Barley Wine
Course Six — Battered Banana Fritters paired with Wheat Been Trying to Reach You
