Birds & Bubbles: a sparkling wine and fried chicken pairing party
Join us for the evening to taste through a sommelier-selected lineup of 16+ sparkling wines from around the world, including vintage Champagne, flagship domestic bottlings California and Oregon, crémant, prosecco, and more. Listen to live music while you taste in the historic Loft at Four Winds and take a break to enjoy a fried chicken meal from Butterbird. This new restaurant from the Harvey House team has arrived on the Madison dining scene to much acclaim – you’ll quickly understand why!
