Step back in time at Historic Madison, Inc.'s 4th Historic Tavern Tour!
Join us Wednesday, August 12, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at The Essen Haus (514 E Wilson St, in Madison) for an evening of history, food, and fun.
The program begins at 6:00 p.m., where you'll discover the fascinating history of The Essen Haus and the other historic buildings that make up this unique block. Following the presentation, enjoy guided tours of the building.
Take advantage of a special food menu and enjoy extended Happy Hour pricing on drinks, including the opportunity to purchase and sample the oldest beer served at The Essen Haus—brewed from a recipe dating back to 1397!
Parking is available in The Essen Haus lot, with overflow parking in the nearby MGE lot.
