50 Years of Literacy Network: Toasting the Next Half Century
Literacy Network is turning 50! Join us as we celebrate our first 50 years of free adult literacy education, as well as look forward to the future. Register today at bit.ly/LitNet50th.
Join us Thursday, April 25, from 7 - 9 p.m. at Boardman Clark on the Square (1 S. Pinckney St in Madison). Each $50 ticket includes samples of our three signature cocktails (one nonalcoholic) and hors d’oeuvres. Social time is followed by a brief program. Event attendees will also receive a copy of 2024’s compilation of personal student stories, "Where I Was, Where I’m Going." All proceeds benefit Literacy Network students working toward their dreams and goals, including of becoming U.S. citizens, earning their GED or HSED, securing improved job opportunities, and supporting their children’s health and educational needs.
Registration is required for all attendees and capacity is limited. Guests are also invited to register for the event’s online auction, live April 11 through April 25. All registration is available at bit.ly/LitNet50th. Registration closes April 18 at 5 pm.
